- Providing training to distributors and customers for better knowledge of LG DOW products, services, applications and processing techniques. Handling technical correspondence, preparing technical literature, performing technical services, and conducting customer symposiums and oriented laboratory work.
- Taking both outside-in approach and inside-out strategy by articulating specific industry or customer needs to research people, and working continuously with them to encourage and guide their efforts towards the successful development for the needs. By cooperating with the research people to develop applications for their new products, services or processes.
- Working with the plant people to ensure a satisfactory product performance through formulation, process, product selection, and application development. Carry successful research achievements on new products, new services, and new applications for existing products through market developments to sales.
